Anjuna Beach, Goa

Goa’s Jewel in the Crown
A part of Goa’s Western coastline along the Arabian Sea, is the Anjuna Beach. About 18 km from the Goan Capital – Panaji, the Anjuna Beach is more popular than the rest of the Goan beaches because of the famed Wednesday Flea Market – the nicest bet for shopaholics at Goa. The Anjuna Beach is rocky and not a good bet for water sports. But for nocturnals there are trance bars and rave parties that rock the beach almost every night. The Anjuna - Baga - Calangute beach-belt, north of Panaji, is Goa’s most populous and developed tourist destination.
