AIR : At Jammu (112 km/3hr) is the nearest Airport. It will
cost you around Rs 1500-1800, if you rent a taxi to reach.
RAIL : The nearest railhead is also at Jammu.
ROAD :Buses and taxis are available from Jammu/Katra/Udhampur. By a
taxi it takes about 3 ½ hr to reach Patnitop and bus takes about 5
hours. The route to Patnitop is NH1A via Domel, Udhampur and Chineni.

There are a large number of huts and Tourists Bungalows, all managed by J&KTDC,
having facilities of Drawing room/Dining room and fully equipped kitchen in
all huts and LPG facility. Summers get them all swelled with vacationers, so
it is best to get your seats booked in advance.
